FRESH, Ready to RACE!!
Chevy 358 by Kinetic Racing of Westland, complete engine with 5 stage dry sump pump and Dynatech headers. Freshened with new rings, bearings, lifters, springs with touch hone. Only 730 laps on pistons and valves. Dyno results from Kinetic's Super Flow : with Holley 750, 708 HP @ 7250, 501 ftlbs @ 5000, 498 ftlbs @ 7500.

Block: Chevy Bowtie 184 casting, 4 bolt steel mains in all 5 positions, 50mm roller cam bearings, bushed lifter bores, lightened by Katech, current bore is 4.135, weighs 185#.

Heads and Intake: Chevy 18 degree, 10134363 PN, CNC ported by CFE, Del West Titanium valves, 2.180, 1.625. 268cc intake, 99cc exhaust, 364.8 CFM intake, 252.9 CFM exhaust, Jesel offset 1.65 intake rockers, straight 1.65 exhaust PN KRA10509, PSI valve springs PN 1043XL, 48cc chamber. Edelbrock #2958 spider ported to match heads, chevy valley tray. One inch tapered carb spacer. Moroso billet rocker covers with spring oilers.

Crankshaft and Connecting Rods: 3.33 stroke, 2.00 rods X 2.45 mains, 5130 forging, lightened to 45#, all machine work performed by Ro-Dy machine, 1730 gr. BOB wt. approx. 1500 laps since new. Oliver parabolic billet 6.125 (7 races on new bolts). Federal Mogul HP bearings.

Pistons: Wiesco 1.2 mm, 1.2mm, 3mm rings, 12.4:1 compression ratio, thermal coated dome and teflon coated skirts.
Camshaft: Crane Cam #R-272/420-2S 3-8LRB, 50mm bearings

Accessories:
Distributor: Moroso Professional, dual pick-up, Scott wires.
Oil Pan: Stef steel pan with three -12 ports on right side
SCP 5 stage oil pump, three -12 lines from pan, one -8 line from valley
Water Pump: Drake with -4 lines to cool center exhaust seats
Fuel Pump: Carter with -8 inlet and -8 outlet. (Optional -10 inlet) with bronze tipped pushrod.
Damper: ATI # 917410, 6 3/8" dia.
Headers: Dynatech 1 3/4 X 1 7/8 X 2 with 3 1/2" merge collectors Jet Black Coated exterior, ceramic coated ID. Fit Port City, Howe and Lefthander chassis.
