2008 Steve Schmidt 825 c.i 7.800 bore, 5.750

Hello Keith Haney here this is the motor out of my 2009 Pontiac GXP has only 39 Passes on it. I ran this motor in NHRA Div4 Class finished #2 in points 1 WIN 1Runner Up a few semi's and a lot of rounds running 6.70's (ALL MOTOR no HELP) every time! We ran a very light setup on this motor there is a lot more left in it but I believe in not taking a motor to the edge!
Our setup
Timing 26.5 (10deg start retard) then (3.5 deg launch retard for 2.00 sec)
Launch RPM 4200
2 speed Power glide transmission shift @ 7300
Tire rollout 110
4:10 rear-end
1 thru 8 02's read anywhere from 12.63 to 13.25
Changed oil every 12 passes
Royal Purple (race 11) 7 ½ - 8 qt's + ½ qt of Poly Dyne additive
Average burn-out RPM 5000 to 6000
Ran valves and Check Spring Pressure every (4 Passes)
Average 60 foot (1.01) has been (.991) 60 foot.
This motor needs nothing! The only reason for selling it is that I'm building a 932c.i. you can ask anyone in Div4 or Div5 about this motor and how we treated it. Motor doesn't come with headers (headers $3000 extra).
